Who is responsible

Gokulakrishnan R, an independent AI solutions architect based in Singapore, is the data controller for anything you send through this site.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name and email, and anything else you choose to add: company, budget, the service you need, your timeline, your message and, if you ask for a WhatsApp call, your phone number.

Why, and on what basis

Only to read and reply to your enquiry, by email or a WhatsApp call as you prefer, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. The legal basis is your request: taking steps you asked for before a possible contract, and a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing, added to a mailing list or used for automated decisions or profiling.

Where it goes

The form is delivered as an email through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, to Gokulakrishnan R's email inbox. It is not stored in a database on the site. These providers may process data outside your country; they use recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies and spam protection

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools, so there is no cookie banner. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

Wherever you are based, you remain in control of your information. You may ask to access, correct or delete the details you have shared, limit or object to how they are used, or receive a copy of them. Simply reply to any email from Gokulakrishnan R or send a request through the enquiry form, and you will receive a response within 30 days.
